‘Love and War’ Sets New Release Date for January 2027 Amid Production Delays

After a series of postponements, the makers of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Love and War” have officially announced a new theatrical release date of 21 January 2027. The project was originally slated for a Christmas 2025 launch, later shifted to March 2026 due to undisclosed production challenges. The latest schedule positions the film for a winter opening, aligning with the director’s vision of a grand cinematic spectacle.

The delay has not dampened anticipation, as the first‑look of Vicky Kaushal continues to generate buzz. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, targeting a pan‑Indian audience.
