Legal Notice Served to Ekam Bava Over Accusations Against Riti Tiwari's Mother

A legal notice has been dispatched to singer Ekam Bava following a series of unverified claims he made against Rani Tiwari, the mother of Bigg Boss 20 entrant Riti Tiwari. In a string of Instagram videos, Ekam Bava alleged a live‑in relationship from 2020 to 2022, a marriage on February 18, 2022, and continued co‑habitation with Rani and Riti until 2025.

Riti Tiwari's team responded with an Instagram statement condemning the allegations as baseless. The post demanded that media outlets verify facts before publishing such stories and warned that legal action has already begun.

The accuser also alleged that Rani Tiwari physically assaulted him, that he suffered mental torture leading to a suicide attempt, and that his professional decisions were sabotaged by the family. He claimed to possess video proof of the alleged assault.

According to the family's legal representatives, the notice seeks compensation for defamation and an injunction against further dissemination of false information. The case will be pursued in a Mumbai court.
