Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Linked to Multiple Celebrity Shootings Across India and Canada

Investigations point to the Lawrence Bishnoi criminal network as the common thread behind a series of shootings that have shaken the Indian entertainment sector. From Mumbai to Vancouver, the gang’s fingerprints appear on each case.

The earliest public claim came after a barrage of bullets rattled the perimeter of Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments residence. Since that incident, the gang has openly admitted responsibility for attacks on several other stars.

On 31 January 2026, Rohit Shetty’s Juhu home was peppered with five rounds between 12:45 a.m. and 4:15 a.m. The assault was attributed to Bishnoi members Shubham Lonkhar, Arju Bishnoi, Hari Boxer and Herman Sandhu through a social‑media video.

The following year, comedian Kapil Sharma’s Caps Café in Canada was hit with gunfire. Gang affiliates Goldi Dhillan and Kulveer Siddhu Nepali released a statement insisting that Sharma’s association with Salman Khan’s productions made him a target.

Delhi’s 24 Hours Fitness, a franchise owned by Guru Randhawa, faced a morning attack when two masked riders fired about seven rounds at the gym’s entrance. An audio clip posted by the Bishnoi gang, featuring Anil Pandit, claimed the motive was Randhawa’s closeness to Khan.

Actor Gippy Grewal’s Vancouver villa was shot at on the night of 26‑27 November 2023. The Bishnoi group later warned the actor to limit public interactions with the Bollywood star, threatening further action.

The gang also targeted Punjabi singer AP Dhillon, firing outside his Canadian house. The Roht Godara and Goldi Barad cells of the Bishnoi network referenced the singer’s past link with Khan in their online threat.

These coordinated attacks underline a calculated strategy by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang to intimidate artists perceived as allied with Salman Khan. Law enforcement agencies are being urged to dismantle the network and provide comprehensive security for the affected celebrities.
