Khesari Yadav Highlights Need for Educated Representatives, Praises Lalu’s Legacy

Patna, July 19 – In a media briefing, Bhojpuri entertainer Khesari Lal Yadav called for a new generation of leaders equipped with solid educational backgrounds. He argued that the nation’s future hinges on lawmakers who understand the nuances of education, employment, and sustainable development.

Referring to the ongoing legal proceedings surrounding Ladakh activist Sonam Wangchuk, Yadav emphasized that the struggle represents every guardian striving to improve conditions for children across India. He appealed for a nationwide rally of support, stating that the fight is symbolic of a larger movement for justice.

Turning to the political arena, Yadav discussed the Banki Pur assembly by‑election, where Prashant Kishor is a prominent contender. He reiterated that Kishor’s vision aligns with Bihar’s pressing needs, especially in creating jobs and upgrading school facilities. The actor urged voters to evaluate each candidate’s developmental agenda before casting their ballots.

Yadav also addressed his own limitations, acknowledging that he does not possess a formal development plan and would rely on advisors to navigate governance.
