How Raj Kundra Handles Media Speculation Ahead of Film Release

On August 2, Raj Kundra gave a candid interview about dealing with media speculation while gearing up for the launch of his next movie. He revealed that he rarely feels compelled to refute every rumor because many of them are more captivating than his everyday experiences.

The accompanying video shows Kundra in a plain white T‑shirt, blue jeans and a white turban, pulling amusing facial gestures as he states, “I don’t deny rumors; they are way more interesting than my real life!”

Kundra’s name has appeared in reports about financial trouble and legal battles, yet his focus now is on promoting “The Great Punjab Robbery.” The film, written and directed by Saurabh Verma, promises a fresh cinematic experience for Punjabi cinema. The ensemble cast—Pail Rajput, Garvita Sadhwani, Mahavir Bhullar, Paramveer Singh, Ankit Sagar, Amit Bahl and Kulveer Sony—will reach theaters worldwide on August 7.

His acting journey began with the 2025 Punjabi drama “Mehar,” where he worked with Geeta Basra and Savita Bhatthi. The story follows farmer Karamjit’s search for redemption and reconnection with his kin. Kundra also featured in the Indian version of the reality thriller “The Traitors,” hosted by Karan Johar, where participants play a covert game of traitors versus innocents.
