First Look at ‘Reporting Live’: Parineeti as Fearless Field Reporter

A first look at "Reporting Live" showcases Parineeti Chopra in an unprecedented role as a field reporter battling the sand mafia. The trailer, released by the makers on Saturday, presents a stark visual of illegal sand extraction sites, a black market that fuels construction booms, and the human cost behind the industry. After a lethal accident at a quarry, Parineeti’s character teams up with cameraman Deven Bhojani to ask the hard‑hitting questions that powerful stakeholders would rather avoid. Their investigation spirals into a high‑stakes chase where each revelation triggers a new peril. The film marks the directorial debut of Dhruv Tripathi, who also co‑writes the screenplay with Mihir Jadhav. Supporting performances come from Amol Palekar, Adil Hussain and Shekhar Suman. Produced by Parth Kiran Thakur and Joshua Shirsat, "Reporting Live" will debut on Netflix on October 9, offering audiences a blend of investigative journalism drama and action‑packed thriller.
