Regina Cassandra’s Film Nears End of Shoot, Production Teams Report Progress

Chennai, October 3 – The upcoming picture directed by Vishal Venkatesh, starring Regina Cassandra, Nasir and Ramesh Tillakaratne, has entered the last segment of its shooting schedule. The joint venture between Lokesh Kanagaraj’s G‑Squad and Mathri Movie Makers is moving toward a rapid wrap‑up.

A dedicated behind‑the‑scenes video released by the makers highlights the ongoing work. Venkatesh, celebrated for "Sila Nerangalil Sila Manidhargal" and the critically lauded "Bomb," is at the helm of a film labelled a high‑stakes drama‑thriller. The screenplay is crafted by Harirajan Raju, while the camera work is managed by S.K. Selvakumar. The musical score is composed by noted Malayalam director Hesham Abdul Wahab.

K. Manoj Kumar leads art direction, and G.K. Prasanna is in charge of editing. Production credit goes to Lokesh Kanagaraj, Naveen Yarneeni and Y. Ravi Shankar, who anticipate the project will capture audience interest.

The launch ceremony, held in a traditional format roughly one and a half months ago, marked the official start. Sources close to the unit say the shooting proceeded at a brisk pace, with all scenes captured in Chennai. The final filming phase is projected to conclude within ten days, fuelling excitement across fans and the film fraternity.
