Dubey Credits Hard Work Over Nepotism in Television Narrative

In a recent Instagram update, Amrapali Dubey, celebrated for her roles in Bhojpuri cinema, shared a vintage clip from her earlier television venture “Palakon Ki Chhanv Mein.” The actress used the platform to affirm that her reputation was built on merit, not on any external favoritism.

She wrote that the only guiding forces in her life are “Mahadev’s hand, my audience’s endless love, and the blessings of my gurus.” According to Dubey, she has never needed to justify her accomplishments, but when speculation arises about the effort behind her achievements, she feels compelled to clarify the truth.

Dubey’s career trace begins at sixteen, when she auditioned for the Gitanjali TV serial “Saat Phere” and emerged as the winner among more than 150 candidates. This breakthrough opened the doors to a string of television projects, culminating in the successful family drama “Palakon Ki Chhanv Mein,” which ran smoothly without any promotional assistance.

She reiterated that her identity is a product of her work, not of any patronage, and pledged to continue serving her fans with the same devotion, invoking “Har Har Mahadev” as a sign of gratitude.

“Palakon Ki Chhanv Mein,” also known as “Rahna Hai Teri Palakon Ki Chhanv Mein,” featured a storyline centered on an orphan girl, Suman, and her experiences within a traditional joint family, with notable performances by Sumit Vyas and Shoaib Ibrahim.
