Diljit Dosanjh Aura India Tour Delhi Show Back On
Confusion over Diljit Dosanjh's upcoming Delhi performance has been resolved after authorities granted permission for the show. The concert, part of the 'Aura India Tour', is set to take place on October 30 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.
Delhi Police had earlier suspended the permission for the event on security grounds. This led to speculation that the concert had been cancelled altogether.
The ticketing platform BookMyShow has now clarified that the show had not been called off. The approval had only been paused temporarily.
The organisers held talks with Delhi Police and explained their plans for handling security, traffic flow, and crowd management. They also gave an assurance that all required safety conditions would be met.
After considering the presented plan, the police reviewed the decision and cleared the event.
BookMyShow has said it will continue coordinating with the police to ensure smooth movement for concertgoers and people living or travelling in nearby localities.
With the clearance in hand, fans who had been waiting anxiously for news can now plan their attendance. The tour will also travel to Indore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and other cities.
