Karan Tacker, known for his work across television and digital platforms, posted an advisory on Instagram on July 6, urging the public to beware of callers claiming to be his manager. According to the actor, these impostors are using his name to execute fraudulent schemes, targeting fans and unsuspecting individuals. He listed the suspicious mobile numbers and advised instant blocking and lodging a complaint with law‑enforcement agencies.

The star first captured audiences with the family drama “Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai”. He later earned critical acclaim for his role in the espionage series “Special Ops” and its continuation “Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story”. In 2022, he played IPS officer Amit Lodha in “Khaaki: The Bihar Chapter” and most recently appeared in the mystery series “Bhay: The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery”. His statement follows a spate of similar scams involving the names of other Indian actors.
