Career Highlights of Actor Pradeep Rawat

Born on 21 January 1952 in Jabalpur, Pradeep Rawat began his professional journey in a bank before turning to theatre. After training with Raj Babbar’s group "Ekjut," he debuted on the big screen with Meri Jung in 1985. His breakthrough came as Ashwatthama in B.R. Chopra’s Mahabharat, earning him nationwide recognition. He later appeared in over 150 films across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and Bhojpuri cinema, including iconic roles in Lagaan, Gajini and Baghi.
