BJP MLA urges Durga Puja pandals to broadcast “The Bengal Files”

Deepanjan Chakravarty recounted his personal experience of watching the film on its opening night, describing how deeply it moved him, leaving him speechless for two days. He appealed to organizers of the forthcoming Durga Puja festivities to arrange screenings of the film at various pandals. According to Chakravarty, such exposure during a major cultural gathering would help disseminate knowledge of the 1946 massacre and the earlier football tragedy, ensuring that the younger generation does not forget the past.
