A major drama unfolded in the latest episode of ‘Bigg Boss 19’ even before the nominations. The special ‘right to save’ that Captain Farhana Bhatt was discussing was shut down by Bigg Boss. Following this twist, the nomination task commenced, leaving 8 contestants at risk of elimination.
The episode began with heated discussions regarding the right to save during nominations. Zeeshan Kadri and Tanya Mittal questioned Captain Farhana about whom she would save between Nehal Chudasama and Shehbaz. Farhana stated she would decide based on the situation, but Basheer reminded her that Shehbaz’s group had fought for her to become captain.
Zeeshan also mentioned he wanted to make Gaurav the captain, but he supported Farhana. Farhana clarified that Nehal is her friend and thus her first priority, followed by Basheer and Amaal. However, Zeeshan and Tanya Mittal wanted Farhana to save Neelam.
Amidst this conversation, Bigg Boss suddenly asked the housemates if the captain always has the right to save someone from nominations, and if their power always remains the same. The housemates answered ‘no’. Bigg Boss then announced, “So what is this ‘Save Neelam Movement’ that has been going on for two weeks?” Bigg Boss advised everyone to learn about the fact that the captain doesn’t have any special right to save anyone, rather than wasting time on the topic of which they have zero knowledge. This brought joy to the group of Gaurav Khanna and Abhishek Bajaj.
After the captain’s special power was revoked, the nominations began. The housemates were informed they could nominate a contestant only three times. The garden area was transformed into an ocean with rockets bearing the contestants’ faces. As the nomination process started, Captain Farhana was called first and granted a special power. With this special power, she had to name a housemate who would be directly nominated. Farhana nominated Ashnoor Kaur because, according to her, Ashnoor’s performance was not up to the mark and she didn’t appear to have strong relationships in the house. Bigg Boss then declared that no one could nominate Farhana and Ashnoor.
The 8 contestants nominated are Amaal Malik, Nehal Chudasama, Kunika Sadanand, Neelam Giri, Ashnoor Kaur, Praneet More, Tanya Mittal, and Zeeshan Kadri. It remains to be seen who survives this battle of elimination and whose journey in the Bigg Boss house ends here.
