Anup Jalota Remembers Nana Patekar’s Friendship and Farmer Support

Singer‑composer Anup Jalota described Patekar as a friend whose memory will never fade, placing him alongside legends like Raj Kapoor and Dharmendra. Jalota recalled a recent conversation where Patekar expressed admiration for music gatherings hosted by the singer. He also shared that Patekar routinely donated a share of his acting fees to help needy farmers, refusing to buy a personal car because he believed those funds could build a farmer’s home.
