Ahaan Shetty's Sanki Begins Filming in Bhopal Tomorrow

Mumbai, October 29: Shooting for Ahaan Shetty's forthcoming film Sanki will commence in Bhopal from October 30. The project is an action drama directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, and it is expected to deliver romance, emotion and intense action to audiences.

The filmmakers have not yet disclosed the story, and more information is likely to emerge in the coming months.

Director Tinu Suresh Desai, whose previous films include Rustom and Mission Raniganj, is already in Bhopal with the entire team and is focused on pre-shoot arrangements.

It has been reported that the Sanki title was registered with producer Sajid Nadiadwala for a different film, and Ahaan Shetty had also been linked to that project earlier. When Ahaan wished to use the title for his second film, he directly approached Sajid Nadiadwala instead of communicating through others.

The matter reportedly got resolved quickly. Sajid Nadiadwala gave up the title happily as a gesture of goodwill, which highlights the good relationship between Ahaan and the Shetty family.

The film features Ahaan Shetty and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. It is being produced by We The People, Roaring River Productions and Pals & Peers Entertainment, and is planned for a theatrical release in the first half of 2027.

Ahaan debuted in Bollywood with Tadap. He was last seen in Sunny Deol's Border 2, playing Lieutenant Commander Mahendra Singh Rawat, a daring officer of the Indian Navy.
