Married to actor Parmeet Sethi since 1992, the couple has two sons – Aryaman and Ayushman. Aryaman is in a relationship with actress Yogita Bihani, while Ayushman is dating yoga and fitness influencer Sameeksha Shetty.

During the interview, Archana expressed that she does not view Yogita and Sameeksha as traditional daughters‑in‑law. "I see them as my own daughters," she said, emphasizing a bond that feels natural and affectionate.
