All such buildings in the district, which come under the Gram Panchayat and have become old and dilapidated, have to pass a resolution from the Gram Panchayat to demolish those buildings. The Chief Executive Officer of all the Janpad Panchayats will constitute a committee, the subdivisional officers in the said committee will be technical persons of Rural Engineering Services Division etc., who will examine the dilapidated buildings and submit their report.
