Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel prayed for the progress and prosperity of the state by offering prayers to Mata Telinasati.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel worshiped Mata Telinsati at village Telinsatti in Dhamtari district. The Chief Minister prayed to Mata Telinasati for the progress and prosperity of the state. On this occasion, he performed Bhoomipujan of the community hall of the District Sahu Sangh in the temple premises. The Chief Minister had earlier sanctioned 20 lakh rupees for the construction of the building. Addressing the stage program organized in the High School premises of village Demar, the Chief Minister said that the Sahu society is the largest and leading society of the backward classes. It has continuously made a special place in various fields including education, business, politics, culture, literature, science and other societies are also moving ahead by taking inspiration from Sahu Samaj. The Chief Minister while praising Dhamtari district said that this district has advanced agriculture. , is the leading district in producing more and selling more paddy. The Chief Minister further said that the state government took maximum benefit of various schemes including Rajiv Gandhi Nyay Yojana, Godhan Nyay Yojana, Rural Landless Agricultural Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. The Chief Minister said that the State Government is continuously making efforts to increase the income of the people in the field of education, health and employment. Apart from this, the government is also working continuously on the promotion and protection of culture. He also mentioned that for the first time after the formation of Chhattisgarh, the holidays of Hareli, Teeja, World Tribal Day, Chherchera Punni and Bhaktmata Karma Jayanti have been declared by the government. Its purpose is to promote Chhattisgarh culture, dialect, language etc. He talked about preparing and submitting an action plan regarding the demand of the society, so that the amount could be approved.
