Abhishek Mishra, Dhamtari. Borai police of the district has once again taken major action against ganja smugglers. Police have caught interstate ganja smugglers at Odisha border check point. Two accused have been arrested with 53 kg of ganja in possession of smugglers. A case has been registered against the accused and further action is being taken.
According to the information, the police has seized drugs worth more than Rs 10 lakh from ganja smugglers. The value of the items seized from the possession of the accused including car, mobile, cash is Rs 11 lakh 10 thousand. Both the arrested accused Toshan Vishkarma and Vijay Vishkarma are residents of MP. The accused have been arrested and action has been taken under the Narcotics Act.
