Across all companies listed on the BSE, the market capitalisation dropped by ₹20.79 lakh crore in four trading sessions, moving from ₹472.62 lakh crore on October 16 to ₹451.83 lakh crore.

HDFC Bank was the most affected stock in terms of market value. Its capitalisation declined ₹55,506.95 crore to ₹10.67 lakh crore, as its shares fell roughly 5 per cent during the week. Bajaj Finance came next, with a loss of ₹34,180.51 crore, leaving its valuation at ₹5.77 lakh crore.
