NSE FY26 Revenue Falls Over 3% Amid Declining Transaction Fees

Financial results released for FY 2025‑26 show the exchange’s operating revenue at Rs 16,601.31 crore, down from Rs 17,140.67 crore the year before – a fall of more than three percent. The main revenue driver, transaction fees, slipped from Rs 13,635.76 crore in FY 2024‑25 to Rs 13,057.01 crore, marking an approximate 4 percent year‑over‑year decline.
