Since taking office on May 10, Chief Minister Joseph Vijay’s government has prioritized administrative reforms, industrial growth, and job creation. In the past three months, officials have intensified outreach to both domestic and international firms, positioning Tamil Nadu as a preferred destination for manufacturing, technology and service‑sector investment. The state aims to finalize 104 MoUs within the first 100 days, a move that could bring in about ₹1,02,514 crore and create close to 1,21,788 jobs, according to government estimates.
