Multiple Companies Implicated in Subhash Chandra Loan Fraud, CBI Registers RC

The FIR lists several corporate entities linked to the scheme, including Vasant Sagar Properties, Pan India Infrastructure, Digital Subscriber Management & Consultancy Services, Spirit InfraPower & Multiventures, and their directors. All were allegedly part of a coordinated effort to mislead LIC Housing Finance, secure large loan amounts and divert funds. The CBI has charged the accused under sections 120B, 409, 420 of the IPC, as well as provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act and the PC Act.
