Karnataka promises support for Czech investors in agriculture, solar and EV sectors

Shivkumar told the Czech team that Karnataka is a top performer in agriculture, horticulture and flower cultivation, and invited them to view the state as a prime investment destination. He highlighted the abundance of solar resources and the need for modernisation of ageing hydro facilities.

The chief minister appealed for collaborations in electric‑vehicle component manufacturing, testing services and advanced mobility solutions, stressing that such projects would create skilled jobs and boost exports.
