To this end, the analysis recommends a two‑pronged approach: first, create a business climate that draws more foreign direct investment and deepens India’s role in global trade; second, launch large‑scale skill‑building programmes aimed at the youth. Special emphasis is placed on artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, areas where the country currently lags due to a traditionally lecture‑based education system.

The prime minister’s promise to train ten million young Indians in AI over the next year is highlighted as a strategic move to future‑proof the workforce. By equipping graduates with modern, market‑relevant abilities, the nation can generate higher‑value jobs and stimulate domestic demand, both of which are vital for crossing the $10 trillion threshold.

The report also points out that inclusive development requires health reforms. Expanding schemes such as Ayushman Bharat will make healthcare more affordable and accessible, thereby improving overall human capital and reinforcing economic growth.
