Goyal to Meet US Industry Leaders and Indian Diaspora in Chicago and Milwaukee

Beyond the G20 summit, the minister’s schedule features a series of engagements with senior executives from leading American companies in manufacturing, consumer goods, agribusiness, retail and technology sectors. These meetings, held in Milwaukee and Chicago, will explore investment prospects in India, potential expansion of manufacturing capacities, and partnership models that benefit both economies.

In Chicago, Goyal will also attend round‑table discussions with Indian startups, innovation clusters, and industry bodies. He plans to present India as an emerging global hub for manufacturing and investment, while urging U.S. firms to deepen collaboration with Indian partners.

The visit will conclude with a commemorative tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Swami Vivekananda on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. The minister will address Indian professional associations and diaspora groups, highlighting shared cultural values and the role of the overseas Indian community in strengthening bilateral ties.
