Goyal: India to Review US Tariff Options on Russian Crude Purchases

New Delhi, 22 September – Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal reaffirmed that dialogue with Washington on a future India‑U.S. trade pact is proceeding at an encouraging speed. He noted India will study any tariff provisions before deciding on a response.
