Government Backing Strengthens KRIBHCO’s Role in Farmer Empowerment

Vice‑President Dr. Chandrapal Singh Yadav told reporters that the cooperative sector is receiving full government support. He highlighted new initiatives such as the creation of a dedicated Ministry of Cooperatives and the formation of multi‑state cooperative entities under the leadership of the Union Home and Cooperative Minister. These steps, he said, are giving fresh impetus to the cooperative movement and directly benefiting farmers through easier credit and lower interest rates.
