Digital Portal ‘Depot Mirror’ to Track Infrastructure and Efficiency of FCI Depots

A central feature of the MoU is the deployment of the ‘Depot Mirror’ portal – an online platform that assesses the physical infrastructure and performance of FCI storage centres. The portal will enable goal‑based and result‑oriented monitoring, helping depots strengthen their assets, boost operational output and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
