Every department—from commercial taxes to excise—must operate at peak efficiency, sealing leaks ruthlessly. Land titling snarls under Section 22A are low-hanging fruit for registration revenue spikes. Early fiscal momentum is electric: 38% growth in just 42 days, synced with surging investments. Districts, rebranded as growth engines, will spearhead this district-level boom to hit macro targets faster. Tech and AI are the game-changers. Naidu mandated AI-infused GST probes, smarter data analytics, and evasion-busting tools that respect taxpayer convenience.
