Tata Motors Announces Price Cuts on Cars Following GST Reduction

Tata Motors has announced price reductions on its vehicles, with prices decreasing by up to ₹1.50 lakh, following the government's decision to reduce GST on cars. The most significant impact of the GST reduction will be on the Tata Nexon, the company's best-selling model, with prices decreasing by approximately ₹1.55 lakh. The new prices will be effective from September 22. The company stated that the decision to reduce prices on passenger vehicles was made to pass on the full benefit of the GST reduction to customers. Starting September 22, Tata cars will be available at a reduced price ranging from ₹75,000 to ₹1.45 lakh.
