Tata Motors Acquires European Auto Component Company Amidst US Tariffs

Amidst the backdrop of US tariffs, Tata Motors has made a significant move, acquiring a European auto component company. Tata AutoComp Systems, a major Indian auto parts manufacturer, announced an agreement to fully acquire IAC Group, a company based in Slovakia. The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

The acquisition will be carried out through Artifex Interior Systems Limited (Artifex), a British subsidiary of Tata. The company stated that this acquisition would enhance its capabilities and serve as a foundation for further expansion within the UK and EU markets.
