Royal Enfield has announced that it will pass on the full benefits of the recent GST rate cuts to its customers. This change will apply to the company’s motorcycles, services, clothing, and accessories. This move, following the new reforms by the GST Council, will make the brand’s popular motorcycles, especially the 350cc category, even more affordable and accessible to riders in India.
The 350cc lineup has long been Royal Enfield’s strongest identity. With the new prices, the company expects the popularity of motorcycles in this segment to further increase. The new prices will be implemented across all showrooms in India starting September 22, 2025. Furthermore, prices of bikes above 350cc will also be adjusted according to the new GST rates. The price reduction on these bikes could be up to approximately ₹22,000. The company will soon release a new price list for different models.
**Potential Price Reductions on Vehicles**
| Model | Estimated Benefit |
| ————- | ————— |
| Hunter 350 | ₹14,990 |
| Classic 350 | ₹20,000 |
| Meteor 350 | ₹20,000 |
| Bullet 350 | ₹17,000 |
| Goan Classic 350 | ₹22,000 |
B. Govindarajan, MD and CEO of Eicher Motors Limited and Royal Enfield, stated that the GST reforms would most benefit those buying a bike for the first time. He mentioned that this GST reform by the Government of India will make motorcycles up to 350cc even more affordable. Royal Enfield is pleased to pass on this full GST benefit directly to customers. This will also enable new riders to join the Royal Enfield family.
This step comes at a time when the Indian two-wheeler market, especially the mid-size motorcycle segment, is growing rapidly. By reducing prices on motorcycles, along with services, clothing, and accessories, Royal Enfield aims to make its entire ecosystem more accessible. With the new prices, the company will add new customers while also strengthening the trust of its old riders and fans, who consider Royal Enfield to be a symbol of true motorcycling.
While Royal Enfield’s core strength lies in the 350cc bikes, the company’s range extends far beyond this. This includes the Scram 440, Guerrilla 450, and Himalayan 450, as well as the 650cc series bikes such as the Interceptor, Continental GT, Classic, Shotgun, Super Meteor, and Interceptor Bear, which will become more expensive. GST will impact all these motorcycles, leading to a price increase.
