Hyundai Motor India has revealed plans to pass on the benefits of recent GST reforms to its customers, resulting in significant price reductions across its passenger vehicle lineup. These new prices will take effect from September 22, coinciding with the upcoming festive season. The price cuts will be substantial, with reductions of up to Rs 2.4 lakh. The Hyundai Tucson will see the most significant decrease, with a price cut of Rs 2,40,303. Other popular models such as the Grand i10 Nios, Aura, Exter, i20, Venue, Verna, Creta, and Alcazar will also experience price drops, varying from approximately Rs 60,000 to over Rs 1.2 lakh. The reforms, announced during the 56th GST Council meeting, include a reduction in GST for small cars and a revised standard GST for larger vehicles.
