Mahindra & Mahindra is poised to launch updated versions of its three popular SUVs: the Thar 3-door, Bolero, and Bolero Neo. The updated models are expected to feature changes in design and features, while retaining the existing engine options. The following provides an overview of the anticipated updates.
2025 Mahindra Thar Facelift
The new Thar facelift is expected to include a redesigned front grille, new headlights, slightly modified bumpers, new alloy wheels, and new tail lamps, possibly taken from the Thar ROCKS. The cabin will be upgraded with several new features derived from the Thar ROCKS, including a new digital instrument cluster, a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a wireless phone charger, and ventilated front seats. The 2025 Mahindra Thar will likely retain the same engine options: a 152 bhp 2.0-liter turbo petrol, a 2.2-liter turbo petrol, and a 1.5-liter turbo diesel.
2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo Facelift
The updated Bolero Neo will likely feature a slightly updated grille with horizontal slats and new design alloy wheels. The headlights, fog lamps, and tail lamps, along with its signature upright stance, are expected to remain. Inside, the SUV is anticipated to include wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless phone charging, ventilated seats, a keyless go system with a push-button start, and more.
The 2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo will likely continue to be powered by the existing 1.5-liter, 3-cylinder mHawk 100 turbo diesel engine, which generates 100 bhp of power and 260 Nm of torque. No changes are expected in the transmission and drivetrain systems.
2025 Mahindra Bolero Facelift
Limited information is available regarding the new Mahindra Bolero facelift. However, the SUV is expected to receive minor cosmetic and feature updates. It is likely to utilize the existing 1.5-liter, 3-cylinder mHawk diesel engine that generates 75 bhp and 210 Nm. All variants will come with a manual gearbox.
