The farm housed approximately 800 crocodiles. The army first drained the lake water and then shot hundreds of crocodiles, filling trucks with the carcasses. The farm was once a popular tourist attraction and also traded in crocodile skin. Around 3,000 crocodiles were brought there in the 2000s.
