A delegation of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Chhattisgarh had a courtesy call on Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and thanked him for reduction of Collector Guideline by 30 per cent. While expressing gratitude for the decision taken in favour of the people, the visiting members led by CREDAI President Ravi Fatnani also apprised the Chief Minister on their views on several issues like increase in registry fee, excessive delay in layout approval and diversion cases. They were also grateful to Chief Minister for reduction in recently increased registration fee of 4 per cent to 2 per cent focusing on benefiting the purchasers of affordable houses. The realtors suggested for setting-up of single window process by Town and Country Planning Department, Revenue Department and Municipal Corporation for layout approval which will help in completing related official formalities in fixed time. Apart from single widow process, they also suggested on online depositing of fees and issue of Diversion Certificate after layout approval under diversion cases. The visiting delegation consisted of Shailesh Verma, Anand Singhania, Arun Singhania, Sanjay Baghel, Vijay Nathani, Nikhil Dhagat, Pankaj Lahoti and Mrinal Golchha.
