These include Rs 32341 crore 55 lakh 74 thousand for Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Rs 5632 crore 50 lakh 90 thousand for School Education Department and Rs 257 crore 58 lakh 91 thousand for Cooperation Department. He said that our government had issued an advertisement for direct recruitment of 14580 teachers, against which so far a total of 7571 teachers including 2548 lecturers, 2814 teachers and 2209 assistant teachers have joined. The process of recruitment on the remaining posts will be completed before the upcoming teacher session. Minister Dr. Tekam said that keeping in view the sentiments of the people of Chhattisgarh and global recognition of English language, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel decided to start Swami Atmanand English Medium School in the interest of the children of the state. Our government wants that the children of Chhattisgarh can participate in the competitive examinations and get success. At present 171 government schools of English medium are running with this purpose. Excellent teachers have been selected in these schools for the education of the children. Under the Chhattisgarh Mahtari Dular Yojana, 512 children orphaned due to corona epidemic have been given admission in English medium school by the government. He informed that in the session 2022-23, 32 Swami Atmanand Utkrisht Hindi Medium Schools would be opened on the lines of Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium School. Dr. Tekam informed that Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has taken a far-reaching decision to open boarding school in Nava Raipur Chhattisgarh as per international standards. One thousand students can study in this school. Chhattisgarh Excellence School Society has been formed under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister to run the school. International level teaching and learning facilities will be available in this school. Minister Dr. Tekam informed that the Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel’s government has relaxed the 10 percent limit for compassionate appointment while expressing condolences to the families of the deceased government employees. has gone. Chhattisgarh state is one of the leading states in the country in distribution of forest rights. He said that community forest resource rights would be given to the gram sabhas under the Forest Rights Act. So far, 3615 gram sabhas have been recognized community forest resource rights on 14,63,739 hectares of forest land in the state. It was started from Jabarra village of Dhamtari. Under this, Gram Sabha Jabarra has been recognized community forest resource rights on 5352 hectares of forest land, which is the largest area to be recognized for a single village in the country. Dr. Tekam informed that the local residents of Bastar and Surguja divisions are being given appointments against the available vacancies in class III and IV posts of the district cadre. District Korba and Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi have also been included in this. The government is making special efforts to provide employment to youths especially from vulnerable tribal groups. A provision has been made to give appointment to the district cadre to the people of special backward tribes up to 20 percent from the reserved place for Scheduled Tribes without following the recruitment process. Under this, 2011 persons have been appointed in the government service on the third and fourth class posts. A provision of Rs 161 crore has been made in the budget for the four authorities in the year 2022-23. These include a provision of 55.50 crores for Bastar Region Tribal Development Authority, 35.50 crores for Surguja Region Tribal Development Authority, 34 crores for Central Region Tribal Development Authority and Rs 36 crores for Scheduled Castes Development Authority. A provision of Rs 129.30 crore has been made in the budget for the development of specially-abled tribal groups, Rs 272.29 crore for post-matric scholarship. Minister Dr. Tekam informed about the demands for grants of the Department of Cooperation that in view of the facilities of the farmers, 725 new primary agricultural credit cooperatives have been formed by reorganizing 1333 primary agricultural credit cooperative societies operating in the state. Now a total of 2058 primary agricultural credit cooperative societies are operating in the state, through which farmers have been provided with the facility of distributing agricultural credit and purchasing paddy. Co-operative sugar factories require working capital to ensure payment of sugarcane price to the farmers.
