All the problems and demands of the Advocate Union will be resolved: Speaker of the Assembly Dr. Mahant

Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant and Minister in-charge of Revenue, Disaster Management and District, Mr. Jaisingh Agrawal attended the swearing-in ceremony of District Advocate Association of Janjgir-Champa district. On this occasion, Shri Mahant said that all the advocates should work with a positive attitude to ensure that the poor get easy, simple and accessible justice. In this program, Mr. Agrawal announced the construction of a new building of Tehsil office in Janjgir on the demand of Advocates’ Association. This program was organized in the auditorium located in the district court complex of Janjgir-Champa district. On this occasion, the guests congratulated and congratulated the newly elected President of Advocates Association, Mr. Naresh Sharma. Shri Sharma has been elected for the third time as the President. While addressing the program with the gusto of the chief guest, Shri Mahant said that positive action would be taken to resolve the problems and demands of the Advocates Association. Bar Association and Advocate Union will be made resourceful. Presiding over the program, Shri Jaisingh Agrawal said that advocates play an important role in providing justice to the needy. Mr. Agrawal assured of appropriate action to allot land for the construction of community building of the Advocates’ Association. MLA Shri Narayan Prasad Chandel also addressed. On this occasion, District Judge Shri Jagdamba Rai also administered oath to the newly elected office bearers of District Advocates Association to work sincerely and addressed the function. The book ‘Prevention of Corruption Act’ written by Advocate Shri Vijay Kumar Dubey was released in the program.
