Forest Minister Mohammad Akbar on Wednesday presented development works worth crores to the general public of Sahaspur Lohara Nagar Panchayat of his assembly constituency of Kabirdham district. According to the aspirations of the people of the area, he performed Bhoomi Pujan of 6 different development oriented works worth Rs. 1 crore 23 lakh 59 thousand. Along with this, he also laid the foundation stone for construction of building near Sheetla Mandir in Sahaspur Lohara, fulfilling the demands of Yadav Samaj, Nishad Samaj and the townspeople. Mohammad Akbar said that the life of economically, socially, educationally backward people is uplifted and backward. The main objective of the Chhattisgarh government is to develop the areas properly. The promises made by the state government to the public are being fulfilled on priority. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, the standard of living of the people is being improved by addressing the demands and problems related to public interest on priority. He has said that with the initiative of development works in Sahaspur Lohara Nagar Panchayat, neglected by the rains, new avenues will open to move forward by joining it in the mainstream. Minister Shri Akbar has constructed CC Road in Nagar Panchayat Sahaspur Lohara Bus Stand with Rs.73.82 lakh. , paver block, toilet, boundary wall construction work from Rs 7.47 lakh in the community building complex of ward number one, community building at the cost of Rs 5-5 lakh in ward number three, nine and ten and 27.30 lakh in ward number 15 He performed Bhoomipujan of RCC drain construction works.
