Administrative approval of Rs. 2 crore 81 lakh 69 thousand has been given to Chief Engineer Hasdeo Cachar Bilaspur for the construction of Thegadand Anicut under Gaurela development block of Gorela Pendra Marwahi district by the Ministry of Water Resources, Government of Chhattisgarh. With the construction of this anicut, along with ground water enrichment, nistar, drinking water, water will be available to the farmers for irrigation in 100 acres from their own means.
