Various health schemes are being operated in Chhattisgarh to provide health facilities to all. Mukhyamantri Haat Bazar Clinic scheme is operated to provide health facilities to the people living in rural areas and in remote and inaccessible areas. Mobile clinics are set up from district hospitals to treat the villagers who come to the Haat markets in rural areas, in which doctors, paramedical staff take medical equipment and medicines and after the examination of the doctors, the patient is treated and the necessary medicines are given. and if needed, the patient is referred to another hospital. In the state, more than 14 lakh 86 thousand 238 patients have been treated in Haat Bazar clinics. In Bilaspur district also, so far this year, about 53 thousand 953 villagers have been provided first aid and health related counseling by setting up 426 mobile clinics in 24 Haat-bazaars. And free medicines have been provided. In which 26 thousand 152 women and 27 thousand 801 men are included. Under the Mukhyamantri Haat-Bazaar Clinic Yojna, 24 haat markets have been identified in the district as per the requirement and on the basis of the distance of the health center from the villages. Every week, through a dedicated team, the villagers coming to these haat markets are being tested for health and provided necessary treatment facilities. Haat-bazaars of four villages are marked in Bilha block where village seller on Monday, Mangala on Tuesday, On Wednesday, Khaira (Daganiya) reaches the mobile clinic at Silpahari on Thursday, Sendri on Friday, and Lagra on Saturday. Similarly, in four Haat markets of Kota, village Lalpur on Monday, village Dhuma on Tuesday, Ranigaon on Wednesday, Amagohan on Thursday and Kargikhurd on Friday, the clinic reaches Jhingatpur on Saturday. In Masturi development block, on Monday in village Pandhi Mahal, on Tuesday Mobile clinics are organized in village Dhaniya, Bhatcharona on Wednesday, Sarseni on Thursday and Chisda on Friday, Janji on Saturday. Mobile clinics are set up in Takhatpur, Lokhandi on Monday, Turkadih on Tuesday, Uslapur on Wednesday, Khamharia on Thursday, Kharkena on Friday and Haat Bazar of Bandha on Saturday. There are medical officers, staff nurses or female health workers, pharmacists and male health workers in each haat-bazaar. Dedicated vehicles have been provided for the Haat-Bazaars, in which all kinds of essential medicines are available. On reaching Haat-Bazaar, location mapping is done through the mobile app so that the officer of the department can get the correct information about the team’s visit. Every day at the end of the Haat-Bazar, the number of beneficiaries is recorded through the app. So far this year, 14 thousand 727 patients have been treated through 88 teams in 6 Haat Bazars of Bilha block. Similarly, 12 thousand 455 patients were examined and treated by 119 teams in 6 Haat-Bazaars of Kota. 12 thousand 798 patients were treated by 121 teams in 6 Haat Bazaars of Masturi and 13 thousand 973 patients were benefitted by 98 teams in 6 Haat Bazaars of Takhatpur.
