Asian gold medalist boxer Dinko Singh is no more, PM Modi expressed grief

Former India boxer and Asian Games gold medalist Dingko Singh passed away on Thursday. He was 42 years old. Please tell that Dinko was battling diseases for the last few years. Dinko Singh is undergoing treatment for liver cancer since 2017. Dinko Singh, 41, from Manipur won the gold medal at the 1998 Asian Games. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the demise of former Indian boxer Dinko Singh. PM Modi tweeted and wrote, ‘Dingko Singh was a superstar of the game, an outstanding boxer who earned many awards and also contributed in furthering the popularity of boxing. Saddened by his demise.
