The Government of Chhattisgarh is one of the sponsors of the India Pavilion at the London Design Exhibition. The state’s forest policy will be displayed in the world’s largest design exhibition. From June 1 to June 27, 22 countries including Austria, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Venezuela are participating in this exhibition held at Somerset House in the heart of London.
The India Pavilion at the London Design Exhibition will be hosted by Nisha Methui Ghosh, India’s leading architect and design thinker, and will put India’s new ecological agenda on the world stage. The exhibition titled ‘Chhota Hi Sundar Hai: A Billion Ideas’ will be a glimpse of the ideas of India’s design thinkers to present solutions to the problems of ecosystem and climate crisis with new age designs.
The Government of Chhattisgarh, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, will present and display the State Forest Policy, being the sponsor of India Pavilion and part of the exhibition. The Chhattisgarh State Forest Policy, due to its multi-dimensional design and vision, has been chosen as the main attraction by the Chief Director Nisha Methui Ghosh.
