Saha, who was in self-isolation after contracting coronavirus, tested negative twice during her quarantine period. The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) cricketer tested positive on 4 May, the same day the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) was discontinued by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The announcement came after several players and staff members tested positive for COVID inside the IPL bio-bubble. After recovering, Saha met his wife Romi and children. She also posted a picture on Instagram and captioned it, “Looks great coming back with Fame!” Earlier on Tuesday, Saha confirmed on Twitter that he had recovered from COVID-19 “Thank you all for the best of luck,” he added in the tweet. Hyderabad performed poorly in the tournament’s 14th season as they were placed at the bottom of the IPL table with just one win from seven matches. He is also part of the Indian team going on tour to England next month. India will first take on New Zealand in the Rose Bowl in Southampton on 18 June in the final of the World Test Champions (WTC). After the promoted WTC final, India will take on England in a five-match Test series starting on 4 August. The first Test will be played at Trent Bridge in Nottingham. The second Test will be played at Lord’s from 12 August. The third match (25 August) will be played at Headingley in Leeds and the fourth (2 September) at Kennington Oval in London.
