Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani launched a community-wide ‘Mera Village, Corona Free Village’ campaign on Sunday in the Chekhala village of Sanand tehsil of Ahmedabad district, under the state-wide ‘Mera Village, Corona Free Village’ campaign launched to prevent corona infection in villages of the state Visited the Kovid Center. The Chief Minister assured the entire state of Chakhala village of Chekhala that the entire government and resources are against Corona and with the people. There is all the facilities and resources available in the state, so there is no need to panic or intimidate anyone. He said that the government is committed to defeat Corona, only the active cooperation of the people is needed.
The Chief Minister made it clear that the second wave of infection is widespread and fatal. In this wave, the incidence of infection of entire families has been revealed, then caution is the most important aspect. Referring to the active cases of corona in many states of the country, he said that the visible reduction in the number of cases being filed every day at the moment proves that our efforts are in the right direction through this campaign. Rupani said that we all have to fight together against Corona and strictly follow the guidelines issued by the state government. Only through that we will be able to fight against Corona and win. He said that ‘Mera Gaon, Corona Mukta Gaon’ campaign has been started with the objective of keeping the villages completely safe from Corona. This is a campaign started with the right direction and right intentions.
