On Saturday, they conducted special pooja to Lord Sri Venkateswara, drawing inspiration from the temple’s timeless sanctity.
Post-worship, the family— including Naidu’s spouse Nara Bhuvneshwari and son Nara Lokesh—served sacred annaprasadam to devotees at the dedicated complex. Lokesh, who has served as a minister, joined his father and young Devansh in this noble endeavor, fostering a sense of community service.
Parallel to these festivities, Naidu tackled pressing state issues. From his camp office, he instructed officials via video link to compile a detailed crop loss report within 48 hours due to erratic weather patterns like high winds and unexpected showers.
Damage assessments reveal impacts in 12 districts and 42 mandals: 4,840 hectares of maize, 1,534 hectares of paddy, and 310 hectares of black gram devastated. The financial toll is estimated at 40 crore, prompting calls for immediate aid.
This yearly Tirumala sojourn echoes last year’s event, where the family contributed 44 lakh rupees for temple meals—split across breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Vengamamba center. Such philanthropy highlights the Naidus’ deep-rooted faith.
