New Delhi’s policy corridors buzzed with optimism as the Cabinet approved the ₹33,660 crore Bhavy Scheme on Wednesday. Under PM Modi’s leadership, this flagship program targets the creation of 100 state-of-the-art plug-and-play industrial parks nationwide, poised to ignite manufacturing revival and employment surge.
Rooted in the proven NICDP framework, the initiative promises plug-and-play readiness: ready-to-use land, robust infrastructure, and one-stop services to slash setup times for industries. From easing permissions via single-window systems to investor-centric policies, every facet prioritizes business efficiency.
Each park, spanning 100-1,000 acres, will boast comprehensive amenities—roads, utilities, sheds, warehouses, labs, worker hostels, and social infrastructure. Central funding of up to ₹1 crore per acre, plus 25% aid for external links, ensures top-tier development. A rigorous challenge-based selection will pick only the best projects, future-proofed with Gati Shakti’s multimodal logistics, green tech, and underground cabling for uninterrupted operations.
This pan-India rollout will cluster industries, suppliers, and services, fortifying supply chains and spurring localized growth. Direct jobs in factories, indirect opportunities in logistics and support sectors—lakh-wise employment awaits MSMEs, startups, and giants alike. As regional economies flourish, the Bhavy Scheme cements India’s global manufacturing hub aspirations, driving inclusive prosperity.
