In a heartwarming display of efficiency, Delhi’s Southwest District reunited 118 missing people through Operation Milap this February. The initiative covered 31 children and 87 adults, showcasing the force’s relentless pursuit of safety. Officers leveraged deep local probes and exhaustive CCTV reviews, placing photos across transport nodes. Questioning transport staff uncovered key movements, bolstered by tip-offs and cross-checks with adjacent stations. Major successes were recorded in Kapashera (24 finds), Palam Village (17), and Sagar Pur (16). In the first two months of 2026, the district has traced a total of 193 individuals, representing a robust strategy for restoring lives and healing families.
