Spotlight events on the last day included clean sweeps in 25m Center Fire Pistol and Junior Pistol, plus strong showings in women’s 50m Rifle Prone senior and junior divisions. Four team golds rounded off a near-perfect conclusion, showcasing depth and precision across categories.
Standout performer Amanpreet Singh mastered the 25m Center Fire Pistol with a stellar 589-24x score across precision and rapid phases, earning gold. Gurbir Singh, an Olympic veteran, notched silver at 584-20x, and Ankur Goyal rounded out the podium with bronze via 570-11x.
Suraj Sharma’s junior pistol prowess yielded gold at 585-25x, building on his season’s momentum. Mukesh Nelavalli’s 582-21x secured silver, while Abhinav Deshwal, a Deaflympics star, took bronze with 573-17x. Their team event victory added another gold to India’s coffers.
